With the purchase of this package (380-400 lbs of product), you can expect the following breakdown: 

- 100 lbs of Roasts & Slowing Roasting cuts (an assortment of round roasts, chuck roasts, tri-tip, ribs, brisket, cross-cut shank, stew meat, etc.)

-  80 lbs of Steaks  (an assortment of rib-eye, filet mignon, new york, sirloin steak, flank, skirt and may include others like picanha, hangar, flap, petite shoulder filet, flat iron etc.)

- 200 lbs of Ground Beef

Weights subject to vary by 10-20 lbs. Bones, beef fat, organs available upon request.

How should I store my beef when it arrives?
Our beef arrives frozen, so store it in your freezer until you’re ready to use it. Thaw in the refrigerator when needed, and enjoy high-quality meat at your convenience.

You will need close to 14 cubic feet of freezer space for a whole beef. For reference, a normal kitchen freezer is about 5-6 cubic feet (less if you have an ice maker).  We recommend getting a deep freezer that does not automatically defrost, as this feature can shorten the overall shelf-life of the beef.

Why is grass-fed beef healthier?
Grass-fed beef tends to be leaner and is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, CLA, and vitamins A and E. These nutrients support a balanced diet and offer additional health benefits.
